Chef's Kiss was ridiculous in such a delightful way. A pig as an official taste tester for a restaurant? Love it!

Also, this comic made me so damn hungry! The recipes they talked about and the food they showed all looked so so good!

It had great themes of family, friendship and self reflection but the pacing was weird. The character development felt choppy. there were a lot of characters to keep up with in such a short story and though there is a sequel that may introduce more of their personalities, right now they all feel 1-dimensional.

A cute story but i’m not a fan on the insta-crush/love or whatever you call it. I definitely would have wanted more between Ben & Liam before the ending like that.

This was amazing! I absolutely love this graphic novel! I love to cook so that was great to read about too. Love that there is a cute pig in this book called Watson. I love the cast of characters and the new friendships formed. I am obsessed with Ben and Liam! So cute! The romance in this reminds me of heartstopper, it has the same sweet and cute vibes. Highly recommend this graphic novel!

I absolutely ate this book up (pun very much intended). The cast of characters is diverse and interesting, the storyline is punchy and unique, and the food? I wish graphic novels had taste- and smell-o-vision. The love story was darling – I won't admit to how long I just stared dreamily at the panel where they kissed for the first time because I'm so soft for these two. 🥰 I also really appreciated the
bonus art which served as a sort of flash forward epilogue
. If you love queer love stories, graphic novels with a great art style and rich colors, a large, unique, and fleshed out cast of characters, or a workplace romance, Chef's Kiss is the book for you. ◡̈

A cute book about finding yourself, cooking/baking, friendship, and more!

I have had my eyes on this one for a while and was totally excited when I spotted it over at Library #1! OMG! YES! Finally I could read it and so I did. And this was a lot of fun.
