I got sent home sick from work one afternoon this week, so I spent the whole afternoon curled in a ball reading this book. Great read for if you want something really fast-paced. It's all plot, no depth, but an excellent distraction if you're in pain and need some fast escapism.

My second favourite of the Bachmann books (after The Long Walk), although I'm yet to read Rage.

  • Review: Wasn’t gripping until the last quarter. Took me a while to get through.

Damn, this book is angry.
