 Yuuki has decided that she wants a soul mate and goes out with her friend to meet someone, but someone from her past also comes back into her life.
As a first volume, it did a good job of establishing the background and plot, and I enjoyed the art. However, it didn't click for me, mainly because Yuuki isn't happy with her soulmate-less life.

How I Met My Soulmate is a lovely college-aged romance following Yuuki, a university student from the countryside with a dream of finding her soulmate. She meets Iori, an intimidating and handsome dental student, in a club. After hearing about Yuuki's dream, he becomes determined to help her find her perfect match. 

The art is soft and sweet, reminding me of shoujo manga I read when I was young, and the characters are all unique with their own personal motivations. I’m definitely invested in Yuuki’s pursuit of love and will be picking up volume 2.

How I Met My Soulmate is a story about Yuki, a 20-year-old girl who is lonely and searching for a soulmate. She met Iori, a dental student in a club, who decided to help her search for her soulmate. Later, she reunited with her school crush, Seno.

Yuki and Iori’s interaction is adorable; I love the way they take care of each other. I loved their dynamic; it was cute.

Characters in this manga communicate with each other to resolve doubts and misunderstandings, which I liked in the storyline.

It was a cute and enjoyable read. I loved the artwork and the storyline.

I’m excited to read Vol. 2 and see where the story takes them.

Yuuki, a 20 year old college sophomore explores relationships, old connections, and interactions with an interesting potential love interest 👀 (he also happens to be in dental school??) This book screams 20 something trying to figure out life and love and I’m here for it! I smell a love triangle 🥴😂 but I’m excited to see how things unfold!
