I wasn't expecting much from this, but it made me cry. I don't even think the other books in the series made me do that. I love Olivia and Ethan. I'm so sad they were only in this one. Ugh, I'm on the verge of tear again.

As always, the writing and pacing was perfect. And another thing I like about the book was that it makes you think. Not enough books do that. I love all the romance and also the action at the end. Man, I'm so sad.

I first read Illuminae in 2016 and after re-reading it in 2022 I found this on Scribd. It was certainly a fun addition to the series and while it didn't blow me away it was as creepy and clever as I'd hoped.
