From the beginning their rivalry was epic. I could feel it simmering in the air around them. The writing was wonderful and I regretted not getting my hands on this book before. I was slightly disappointed at the end. I loved them more when they were at each others throat.
I was seriously expecting a fight when Levi went to warn Asher for attacking his friend instead he asked for Asher's aftershave. I was laughing so hard that everyone wondered whether I had lost my mind and I loved when they shared a candy floss at the Halloween party.
OMG!! They're so hot together. Their chemistry is making me sweating all over and I was astonished that they kissed still confessing their hate for the other. I adore everything about the pair.
I expected a huge fight to explode over their relationship but I was kinda disappointed when it didn't. Even their parents accepted it easily. It was the only thing that nagged at me otherwise the book was awesome.

Petty rivalry turns into bi-awakening. It was fun and hot and not very angsty, but also not very deep. Fun short read with an ok relationship development. I liked the epilogue too, we get to see our boys years later being happy together.
the mlm enemies to lovers high school romance stories NEVER disappoint me
4.0 rating: for the romance
3.5 rating: for the "plot"
I was debating whether to write a review for this one since there were already so many. Lol. I wasn't sure what mine would add

This was my first book by Becca Steele and I loved it and will be looking for more. Well written with lots of emotional rides, love, hate, and hot hot sexy times, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Really hope to see more M/M books from this author.

Levi and Ash's relationship was so cute, and it was great seeing how obsessed they were with each other and even how they tried so hard to ignore their chemistry but couldn't keep it away, from the angry kisses to the fun banter and fighting.
I also enjoyed the idiotic pranks they play on each other and the rivalry and taunting.

This is one of my favorite books of all time and definitely one that ALWAYS makes my enemies-to-lovers recommendation lists without fail. Asher and Levi will forever hold my heart and their HEA is one of the sweetest I’ve ever read.
I honestly never thought I’d enjoy this much a story about two eighteen years old guys. I should insert a huge eye roll here because, in the end, Savage Rivals became one of my most beloved books, one that I keep yelling about to everyone and rereading frequently. Asher and Levi might be young but mature on so many levels, their beautiful story of sexual awakening and opening up to each other just made my heart melt. Soccer captains in rival schools, coming from very different social backgrounds, the boys were bound to come to blows. Literally and figuratively. Yet, as much as they wanted to deny it, their connection and obsession with each other was clear from the start. Their sexual chemistry is one I rarely see in books, and one touch from them started an inferno. Still, there was a gentleness under their fights once they came into turns with their new reality. I loved how they didn’t hold their feelings back, not their hate, not their love. I enjoyed their steamy and tender moments as much as their bickering, loved the nicknames, and also was glad to see they got support from the people who mattered most in their lives. It took them a while to navigate their new relationship through all the hate that started it … but once they figured things out their HEA was beautiful. Still to this day, their epilogue is one I frequently mention to other book lovers and I forever look for their cameos in Becca’s other stories.
