Wow this is such a tough but super important read especially with the current political climate! Extremely well researched and informative. I knew only a little of this history and after reading this book I see so much better how so many things fit together and connections between past and present make so much more sense. My mind is blown and I have such a new perspective which is exactly what I like best learning g about history!

Reading this book and having pattern recognition skills is insane. While reading this I had so many moments where I could see the same behavior a lot of people show today, it’s honestly scares the shit out of me.
Its writing style could be a little confusing, and by the middle of the book it dragged a little, but it’s a necessary read.

This was an excellent look at the Klan in Indiana and how they rose to power 100ish years ago and their Grand Master’s fall from power. Sadly, there are so many parallels to our country today.
