Very good follow up to the 1st, although I personally enjoyed the 1st more. Story seemed a little outlandish in places but overall a thoroughly enjoyable read. The return of the characters felt like catching up with an old friend.

This was much better than the first book as we already know the characters. Throughly enjoyed this book and it’s many twists and turns. I also like the chapters written from Joyce’s perspective - she never fails to make me laugh. Looking forward to the third book and getting to know Alan!
