I love this. It is very dark and spicy so if you don't like that then this isn't for you. I, however, did like it. I like Sloan and Alex was an ass. I can't wait for the next. The cliffhanger ending was good but frustrating.

Hawt dayum Melissa and Dana have done it again! This 3rd instalment of the Wrecked Series is an absolute banger! The perfect length for a spicy Christmas novella.
I wanted to know more about Sloan in the previous books and was so excited when this was announced, to read more about her! Sloan is spending Christmas with her dud of a boyfriend, Alex. They end up getting into a fight and breaking up. When she wakes up, there are instructions to for a game (in my mind this gives saw vibes..”wanna play a game? 🤡 “). Thinking Alex is trying to make it up to her, Sloan decides to play along…
The rules are simple:
- If I catch you once, I get to eat you.
- If I catch you twice, you have to suck me
- If I catch you three times, I get to f•ck you.
- If I catch you three times AND get to the church before you, nothing is off-limits.
The spice, suspense and plot twists kept me binging this in one sitting! And that cliffhanger?! Whelp guess I’ll be thinking about it for the foreseeable future.

The dedication had me wishing they would make a Hallmark christmas movies like this. I would definitely be watching the channel. You two had peeked my curiosity about this book.
I thought the chasing scenes in Carving For Cara between Cara and Rhett had me in a chockhold. But the chasing game between Sloan and her stalker had me wanting to switch places with her.
Each time he caught her, things got so hot and dirty between them. The scene in the tree farm had me bringing out my fan to try and cool myself off with how hot that scene was.
Oh! And that cliffhanger had me screaming and jumping on my bed because I did not want it to end there. I need to know more. I cannot wait to see what happens in the next for Sloan and her stalker.

Slaying for Sloan (Wrecked Series Book 3) by Dana LeeAnn and Melissa McSherry is a dark romance novella. Wow these two authors when they write together know how to spin a delicious tale filled with chemistry and unhinged wonder. It makes it even better that it centers around a Winter Wonderland and the holiday season. The plot is fantastic and so are the characters. Even the world they created is fabulous.
Sloan goes home with her boyfriend to celebrate the holidays. I really do not have any positive words on him but that’s how it is supposed to be trust me. Sloan deserves so much more and boy does she get it. After a horrible night she wakes up to a note about a wild and fun game to play. This is where the fun begins!
OH what a wild ride and I loved it. I can not wait to read more.

Trigger happy doesn't even cover how obsessed I am with this Novella. The characters, the storyline, and the insanity were chefs kiss. I can not get enough of Asher, he is positively psychopathic, unhinged, obsessed and yummy! Sloan is everything I needed in a bad@ss FMC. Melissa McSherry & Dana Leeann did it again and I will forever be picking up their books. One problem with this one is that I wanted more NOW. The cliffhanger just killed me even more knowing I have to wait for answers and what's next.
Slaying for Sloan is the third book in the Wrecked series written by Dana LeeAnn and Melissa McSherry. If you don’t know by now, these two know how to create dark and spicy content! This novella is yet again proof of that. Slaying for Sloan can be read as a standalone, but it is better if read in order.
When Sloan is invited to spend the holidays with her boyfriend and his uptight religious family, she isn’t sure what to expect. Yeah, she is a bit of a wild child, but what could possibly go wrong? A fight, of course. Refusing to take her side, she and her boyfriend Alex get into a very public argument, so she is surprised to find a black box waiting the following day. In the box was a gift and some instructions to follow… very specific instructions. How can her ass of a boyfriend go from cold to hot overnight?! This is a new side to Alex. A delicious and wild side!
I would like to go on record as saying that Asher is quite yummy. Not only is he unhinged and bent on revenge, but he is also sexy af. He is utterly obsessed and has no problem letting a fellow freeze. <grins>
This cat-and-mouse, primal play will make you squirm in your seat and flush for more. These two know how to keep you on the edge of your seat with their erotic horror style of writing. Nothing is off-limits. Of course, they also gave us a cliffhanger! Gah! Come ooooon! Hahah. I need to know what happens!

At first, I thought he better not be the MMC, but then the actual MMC showed up, and I was like yes. I'm a devoted Christian, so I had to skip a particular scene, but the book was still so good. Alex got on my darm nerves from the second he opened his mouth, and we saw his POV. His parents are so judgmental like the church is meant to be welcoming, and they were the opposite of that.
