Wow wow wow! When I found this at BMV I didn't know anything about it I just saw it was Kelley Armstrong and thought it would be another chill thriller from her but I was SO wrong! Its horror! Shes ruthless! Savage! This was so well written and relatable too. The atmosphere was so good too. Read it!

This wasn't as horror-y as I was expecting. Yes there was some tension, thrills, and gore, but the focus really felt more like a second-chance romance. Still, it was very enjoyable just perhaps not for people looking for scary horror.

I haven’t touched this book since a couple weeks after I started reading it. It’s been about 10 months now, and after telling myself multiple times I need to finish reading this book, I’ve decided to finally mark this as DNF because I probably will never pick this book back up and finish it.
