💫This book focuses on the importance of having a work life balance, as a hard worker I can relate to the main female lead.

💫I loved to seeing the transformations and development of the Samantha..I also think this added humor to the book.

📈Sometimes Samantha's character was really annoying, her decisions made me frustrated.

📈I lost my intrest sometimes and sometimes it felt a bit rushed.

📈I wished there was more scenes of chemistry between Samantha and her lover.

Samantha Sweeting has made the error of her career. She missed a process and lost a client millions. She takes off without thinking and a senior partner tells her to take some time. In the interim she is fired. She finds herself at a nice house in a small town and is mistaken for the maid. Instead of correcting the family she goes with it and becomes their maid.

It's pretty apparent that she has no idea what she is doing. When a local family decides to help her learn to cook, clean, and keep the job she finds that she is strongly attracted to Nathaniel. As their romance builds Samantha finds that she really likes the slower way of life.

Samantha realizes that there was a serious problem at the law firm and she didn't make the mistake. She must decide whether her new life is worth more than her dream career.

This book read like a sitcom. There were definitely some cute spots that I enjoyed. If you are interest in a lighthearted easy read this is a good one.
