Cash & Katherine had such a fun dynamic. These two had never crossed the line into anything more, but when Cash realizes Katherine doesn’t want her life to remain the same, he fiiiiiinally starts to see what’s been right in front of him. I loved how well their friendship created a foundation for their relationship, and they made my heart happy finally getting their happily ever after!

Okay book besties are you ready for this...it's love fest number three Runaway Series edition. OMG OMG OMG I freaking love this book, and not just this book because Devney Perry is masterfully skilled at setting the tension and want for the next one before you are even close to finished with the current one. AAAAHHHHHH. Feels overload. This one hit me in the heart. Katherine was so hidden, even in the midst of love, she hid behind her pain. The fear that her dirty, broken past was radiating from her, never quite enough for those around her. She couldn't see the love that was surrounding her, from all angles. And Cash. Forget about it...he was just as clueless as he was in love. They had such an amazing friendship and chemistry that you could feel it with every word you read. I can't say enough about this series. It is the perfect escape. The quintessential falling into love series, and I, my friends, am completely and utterly addicted. BRING ON ARIA. I am ready!!!! xo

I'm pretty sure I started the last review of a Devney Perry book the way I'm about to start this one. I swear every book I read of hers gets better and better. This gripped me from page one and only let go for me to sleep a few hours then had me again.
We really met these characters in Wild Highway and Cash and Katherine are friend. Best friends. And I'm a sucker for a lot things, but ESPECIALLY best friends to lovers stories. And I really loved everything about this. The characters, the writing, the longing, the angst. Gimme more.
This was really touching in places and my heart broke in spots, but I LOVED these characters and I can't wait to see what happens on the next leg of this road trip.

I love these books. They are quick easy reads. There’s adventure. There is a great family. I love the concept of the caddy going from friend to friend. I loved how Katherine took her quarter and wasn’t afraid to hit the road. I loved how Cash weaseled his way into her vacation. I enjoyed their journey. Can’t wait for the rest of the books.
