Some parts of this were very good and then some parts just got really boring and I couldn't wait for it to be over.

The stories get tighter even as they get longer, denser with information, spinning out the horrific potential for biological modification in a world of superhumans. Change or Die kinda feels like a story that needed more build up to have more impact, but nonetheless is pretty successful.
