The stories made a lot less sense. I especially didn't like the Alice one and the love egoist in this one (despite loving the last love egoist). I'd say those suffered most from making the least sense, but there were enjoyable moments. I appreciated Mori's bigger part (as he's my favorite). but this definitely wasn't the strongest volume.

Weirdly enough, my (2nd) favorite episode was the Alice in Wonderland parody (nothing beats the hilarity of Haruhi's dad picking on Tamaki though lolol). There wasn't any story or character progression, just the main cast cosplaying and acting out a silly story, but it was very charming and funny (I guess I'm just a sucker for self aware, fourth wall breaking comedy). However, the other two chapters felt really lackluster for me. They weren't really funny, and only gave us something interesting at the very end.
