This book got me out of a major reading slump. I really enjoyed how the narrators each had a distinct voice. This story dealt with heavy topics with grace and entwined a sweet love story.

I'm surprised at how much I enjoyed this. The relationship was believable and both main characters were endearing. I loved how the different POVs were written and thought it was a brilliant choice by the author to get the reader inside the head of each character. I think the Justin plot-line was challenging but well handled and
showcased how difficult these situations can be despite having a relatively strong support group.
My main drawbacks were
that I hated how easily Martin got off. He should have faced some real and legitimate consequences. I also HATED the Gerty-Mo relationship! Why can't people just be friends! I'm going to pretend that Gerty and Rachel hooked up and Mo is actually asexual just so I can be happy.

Mietin tässä, että raskinko antaa tälle 5 tähteä, mutta en keksi yhtäkään syytä antaa matalampaa arvosanaa. Ihan mahtava, tunteellinen ja kaunis kertomus. Kaikki muutkin O’Learyn kirjoista menee saman tien lukulistalle. Lukekaa ihmeessä!

My first one bed trope book and I rly liked it! I loved tiffy and Leon’s dynamic. It’s mildly opposites attract and worked out so well. All the side characters didn’t feel like side characters; they had their own life and color, were so fully fleshed out. Third act conflict was great bc it was more than just normal miscommunication, there’s a nuance to it.

To be honest it took me some time to get used to the way Leon's chapters were written, but after some time and understanding why it was written like that, I got used to it.

I had no idea what deep subjects are in this book, but I was positively surprised.

In the beginning I was kinda annoyed by Tiffy, but learning with her about her past and her changing makes you look on the beginning differently.

Over all, while I am not a total fan of the writing in Leon's parts, I really enjoyed this book and finished it quickly, because you can hardly stop reading!
