Un libro sumamente interesante donde nos cuentan como fue para los habitantes este suceso tan fuerte, como esto marcó un antes y un después en sus vidas, la forma en la que se sintieron con eso, las cosas que vieron entre otras cosas. Hace bastante tiempo que no leía de esta forma un libro, en mi opinión es un libro con hechos bastante fuertes por lo tanto no se lo recomendaría a una persona muy sensible o empática.

Tremenda lectura a la que le tenía muchas ganas. Algunos de los relatos son realmente duros. Ne ha sorprendido mucho como muchos de ellos asocian el suceso con la guerra o les recuerda a aquello. Como muchos no terminaban de creer en eso de la radioactividad porque no la veían...
Una lectura diferente, pero muy interesante.
Por ponerle un pero, a veces la narración era algo confusa. A veces era como estar leyendo a un hombre (porque así se hacía referencia) y luego resultaba que era el testimonio de una mujer.

This is powerful storytelling. It reads like a horror story for after effects of nuclear war. Instead it's worse - the stories of residents and workers who live(d) and worked near the reactor. Almost more horrifying than the event was the government lying and cover up and no responsibility in taking care of the sick and dying. Everyone should read this one.
