Enjoyed this - found it a touch slower going than the last one. Find the details and the symmetry with the original Holmes fascinating.

Much like the first book in the series, I found A Conspiracy in Belgravia both wildly entertaining and wildly confusing. I still don't have a firm grasp of exactly what happened by the end, and may need a re-read to fully understand who double crossed whom and when! The characters are interesting and compelling, and I always love understanding Charlotte Holmes' inferences and how she's able to deduce certain facts about others.

I had a hard time following the plot at times for some reason, but it was still an interesting case and a fun read
