I really enjoyed Sturges' contribution to the Lumberjanes universe. I LOVED the Pookas!! So cute and so misunderstood :) I also really loved Rodger but wasn't too keen on his owner/employer. Glad she was just passing through and setting up the story for more from Sturges.
I swear I read The Infernal Compass but I'll have to look. I'm excited if this is the new direction for Lumberjanes! It seemed to keep a lot of the essence of the series but losing some of the nonsense.

This was the first Lumberjanes I ever read and I liked it. The friendships were nice to read. I liked that they solved problems with math (STEM girls!) and the bond between them. #MaverickList
