One thing I enjoy a lot from Fire Falling is that I can finally connect with Aldrik and Baldair. They came across as stereotypical and fleeting to my liking in Air Awakens, but Fire Falling explores their characters deeply!

Really good, but not a ton of stuff happening in this book. Developing relationships :) ALDRIK<3 But not a lot of action till the end... With that cliffhangerrrr
