This book was… interesting. I read it out of pure curiosity and it was definitely DARK. The spice was definitely something but more of a jaw-dropping “um wtf” kinda hot. Not something I usually read and tbh, I probably won’t read the sequel because I think Malachi is a whole lotta crazy 😂 this book was a fun, fast, spicy read fullllll of dark, taboo vibes.

Wow, this was a horrible book. Not only did the plot and writing feel like a Wattpad that should have stayed in the drafts, it also was way too dark and gross. Foster brother rapes foster sister in the blood of their dying dad after he catches the,. Then years later, he rapes her again by pretending to be her boyfriend at a Halloween party . I would give it a zero but at least I know I will never read it again or recommend it to any one unless I hate them.

I think I need to stop listening to some of the booktok girlies. Anything in "dark romance” so far has been a big no no.
I heard a couple of snippets of the audiobook and the male actor did an amazing job but I couldn’t continue without cringing my entire face the whole time so even bigger props to the voice actor for really pulling this…whatever this is…off. 
However, the 0-1 star reviews here have to be mentioned as they’re the funniest reactions and probably the only quality thing about the book.
