I never know how I'm going to feel about dark taboo romance, but this one wasn't terrible. There were definitely some things that were icky or didn't make sense/weren't compelling, but overall it was decent for what it was.

toxic foster siblings falling for each other. possessive, jealous, violent behavior in relationships just isn't sexy to me. the sex scenes were pretty good (although occasionally dangerous, like using a screwdriver handle anally).
