I loved the vibe of the book even though the ending left me wanting a different closure than I got.

I really enjoyed this book. It is probably my favorite by Lauren Weisberger.

Fun storyline with a couple of twists. I don’t know a whole lot about the game of tennis, but it makes me want to learn!

Pretty good. Not like her usual books and bit too much tennis talk for me but still good.

Meh. Not as good as her others.

This wasn't as chick litty as I was expecting (not as funny or as full of romance), but I did enjoy the detailed story of a women's tennis player trying to come back from an injury and win a grand slam tournament. The ending was half predictable and half surprising, and I think both parts worked perfectly. This book is a good choice for women's fiction readers in general and casual tennis fans in particular.

I thought this book was so FUN! I love books where there is some niche hobby that inevitably makes me want to take up that hobby. This book is no exception - so fun to read about a professional tennis player and her battle between getting better and her moral compass. Going to try and read more from this author. - Listened on Audiobook.

I am a tennis fan who indulges in chick lit so this one was a must read. What I did not expect was that I would like it so much. Charlotte, a moderately good tennis player, dreams of winning Wimbledon, but does she have to sell her soul and her values to do it? Not a deep read by any stretch, but tons of fun.

Lauren Weisberger is one of my go-to writers when I want a relaxing read and this was the perfect book to pick up as Wimbledon started. I loved the main character Charlie and felt like I was on the court with her!

I won this as part of a Goodreads Giveaway and am glad to have done so. I don't generally read chick-lit, however, found this very enjoyable. The behind the scenes look into the world of tennis was very interested, and Charlie was a relatable and real character. This is the perfect beach/poolside book to take along on vacation. Definitely a recommended read for lovers of the genre
