I love these two movies, Before Sunrise is in my top 5 of all time. Reading these screenplays made me think about how the actors and/or directors read the scenes and how they decided to then portray it. It gives me a new appreciation for the whole process of bringing a story to life.

I’m hoping the script for Before Midnight would be released and hopefully this will be re-released with all three movie scripts in one volume.

The Before Trilogy from Richard Linklater is my absolute favorite film trilogy and being able to read the scripts of the first two films in a paperback is truly incredible.

This story is a tremendous and remarkable story, one that can never be forgotten. I’m also glad that the scripts were released instead of turning this film into a novelization because I honestly think the dialogue and emotional tension would not have delivered the same way.

This should most definitely not be read as a novel with no prior knowledge to the films. Make sure you view the films before checking out this book.

I'm blushing. Jdvbvjhfd. This is so romantic I will cry! The screenplays don't feel technical or soulless. They're is as beautiful as the films. Dbjnjhvd.
