Clearly a zombie story. It reminds me of The Walking Dead and it is certainly not for the faint of heart. I kind of forgot until I got to some very violent scenes in this book. I must say that contributed to the feeling I had while reading. I felt a great sadness when a character died and by the end of this story I was quite exhausted from all the adversity (but in a good way). I would have liked a neater ending because this ending is really very open. That didn't feel satisfying to me, but otherwise it was exciting to read and I had a pleasant time with it.
