Buen volumen, aunque tengo un par de sentimientos encontrados con respecto a la caracterización de Light. Es otra de esas instancias en las que te dicen que tiene un encanto que hace que todas las mujeres caigan a sus pies y no te lo muestran realmente, simplemente todas se doblan a su voluntad porque si, porque la historia necesita que sea así. Con respecto a lo demás, como siempre estuvo muy bien. Me gustó como Near aprovechó para sembrar la duda en el equipo de Light. Ver el trabajo de Mello, si bien no hizo nada trascendental en este volumen, estuvo interesante. El nuevo portador de la death note me encantó, como lo introdujeron, su back story, estuvo muy bien llevado en mi opinión. No parece que hubiese salido de la nada, se siente orgánica la introducción. Ya solo faltan 2 volumenes para el final, tengo muchas ganas de terminar de experimentar esta historia en su formato manga, me viene gustando mucho.

The suspense is back, and I feel like Light is returning more to his evil self in this volume. I do feel like this series could have ended around volume 7, but nevertheless, this series is still enjoyable, and I'm not quite ready to see the end just yet (that's probably going to happen tomorrow since I can't stop reading this series but oh well). I don't really know which side to root for. I kind of want Light to win, but I also want to see him die.

I'm so happy that the task force members (most of them anyways) are finally using their brains! It was always so irritating how everyone was so adamant about Light's innocence. I get why they were written that way, and why they felt that way (I wouldn't want my close friend to be a complete psychopath either), but it didn't make it any less annoying lol.
