4 stars. I really liked this but I wanted more. Everything wrapped up a bit too quickly and easily but I’m glad Midori and Maki got their HEA. And while I did like that we got to see their daughter years later I didn’t like that we never got to see them with their daughter. It was just her own side story talking about them but not with them. That was disappointing but this series overall was beautiful and emotional. Definitely worth the read.

This series was not quite as dramatic as I expected and I really enjoyed this last volume. The art is wonderful and the story is heartfelt and engaging.
