I think if I had read this instead of listened to the audiobook, I wouldn't have liked it as much. The voice actors do a good job with the material, which is a book that is entirely dialogue. We only understand where we are through speech. It lends itself well to the audio format. The premise is interesting, and the resolution is both expected and not. Worth a library checkout, but this wasn't love.
