This is the first Zara Stoneley's book that I've read and it was such and adventure. I sometimes don't feel like reading a RomCom, because I have to be in the mood, but when I read the blurb and saw the Christmas-y touch, I know I had to read this book and celebrate the release day with my honest review.

That been said, it was a love story, but it was also this fun journey with so much humor and funny moments between characters that it made the book enjoyable to read. The kind of book I would read anytime after a long tiring day, in bed with Nala (my cat) as a my reading companion, and some warm blankets around me. And that's what I did, actually.

Despite all the fun I had with the interactions between Sarah and all the other characters (especially Will), there was some mysteries and twist and turns that made the book unexpected and not just a romance comedy. And that unexpected element of the book was what made me even more intrigued.

So, yeah... It was a book about love, loss, searching for ourselves, our happiness, but it was also this interactive book in a way. Sarah was relatable and real character that made me feel like I was involved in the story. Well... the author's writing style was what made it possible for me to get involved in the book and story, and really cheer for the characters and wonder about their secrets and their future.

Do I recommend the book? Yes! Let's start this Christmas-y adventure and by doing that, let's get more Christmas related book... and more of Zara Stoneley's books so I can laugh some more, and fall in love with the stories and characters like I did in this novel.

[I want to thank Rachel, at Rachel’s Random Resources, and Zara for the eCopy of this book and for allowing me to join in the fun and by being a part of the blog tour with my honest review of the book.]

Who doesn’t love a good Christmas story? !

Well this one is an adorable compliment to the festive season - definitely something to read curled up under a blanket with a hot chocolate ☕️

The main character, Sarah, is a fiesty independent girl who runs a travel shop. She prides herself on giving people the perfect holiday - so when she starts getting negative reviews for the perfect Christmas resort, Shooting Star Mountain, there is only one think to do! Visit the resort herself and find out just what the owner, Will Armstrong is doing wrong!

The story itself is full of love, laughter and christmas spirit. Will christmas be saved and can the characters fix the past for a better future just in time for the magical day?

I absolutely loved this book. Its so cute and fluffy and had just the right amount of drama/love and adventure that made it a joy to read. I can honestly say if this doesn’t put you in the mood for christmas and maybe some mistletoe, then you really are the grinch!

No One Cancels Christmas is about travel agent Sarah who is sad to see complaints about her favourite Christmas holiday resort – The Shooting Star Mountain Resort and resolves to do something about it. The new owner, Will, seems to be be unwilling to listen to Sarah so she decides she has to do something herself to turn it around.

This book opens with Sarah sending a series of stroppy emails to Will, one by accident, and this was very amusing. I was keen to see what would happen when Sarah decides to go to the resort to confront Will in person.

This novel wasn’t as full-on festive as I was hoping it would be but there are Christmas things sprinkled throughout. Initially the resort is really sad and tired, there is no sign of Christmas being near but Sarah throws herself into bringing the holiday season to Shooting Star and as she begins to work her magic the Christmas spirit begins to shine through the pages.

I liked that there was more depth to this novel than it just being a Christmas romance. Sarah was abandoned by her parents at Shooting Star resort as a young child and ended up living with her aunt so she has unresolved pain to work through. Will has his demons too and gradually we find out exactly what happened to each of them.

All in all this was a lovely novel to read near Christmas and I would recommend it. It’s definitely fun and romantic, and there’s lots of snow!

For a romantic read, I actually really enjoyed this book! There's a good amount of drama, humour and upset to counteract all the lovey dovey stuff!!
Two people who have let the past hurt their future finally let go and truly be themselves... Falling into each others arms in the meantime!!

I knew as soon as this book came up that I had to read it. Especially after the explosion that was The Wedding Date (Review can be read here).
To start with I found sarah to be a bit of an interferer, she liked to meddle in other people’s business, but she soon started to grow on me and I realised all she wanted to do was help.
I didn’t realise until more towards the end that Sarah’s best friend Sam is actually the very same Sam out of The Wedding Date! I’m very surprised this didn’t click earlier than it did. I loved the fact that sam dropped everything to make sure her best friend wasn’t on her own for Christmas.
Ed I wasn’t much a fan of, mainly because of his play boy, can’t be bothered attitude. He grated on me quite a bit actually and can often be found eye rolling at him.
Will, I liked his sense of humour actually. Especially in the emails that were sent back and forth in the beginning. He didn’t want to be there looking after the resort but eventually made it work for him.
I felt like I had a lot of expectations for this book and although I feel it wasn’t quite as good as The Wedding Date, it was still pretty awesome! I do feel it ended rather suddenly and rather than stopping where it did, we could of got an insight into their lives after Will turns up.
Anyway, I think that’s enough rambling on my part I have given this book a 4/5 rating. I love the author, the characters were fantastic and I think we now need Sam’s big wedding (hint hint)!
