Very very cliché but don’t think there’s that many books that really convey how wonderful and complicated love is. This is one of them. I’ll be thinking about this for a LONG time.
There's a lot going on in this novel--communism, sex, infidelity, the body v. soul. I couldn't help but feel that much of the novel was out of my grasp.
