Book was slow and many characters / storylines were repeated and ended up not really going anywhere. Plot could have been a lot richer, was at times random and didnt add much to the overall story, and the whole Danny situation ended up being a waste of time throughout the book.

Een vakantieboek voor aan het zwembad, maar vooral ook een groot verloren potentieel. Er zat zoveel meer in. De irritante zijverhalen rond #metoo brengen de hoofdlijn jammer genoeg naar beneden. Het is alsof de auteur te veel topics wou bundelen, maar daardoor ontbreekt diepgang en voldoende nuance.

Leest heel vlot, maar helaas ook zeer voorspelbaar als een thriller. Misschien gewoon mijn genre niet.
