I was pleasantly surprised by this book. I wasn't sure what to expect going in, but it hooked me.
We had excellent banter, an interesting plot, an exciting urban-fantasy world, and fun characters. The banter between our main characters was tension-filled and had me cackling at some parts of the book.
We end on a really big cliffhanger that makes me super excited for the next book.
