Interesting premise. Uninteresting characters. I didn't really liked any of them. Pacing on the book was really off for me.

Either the book should’ve been shorter with less build up to the final five OR they should’ve been able to talk about their personal lives the entire time to make the entire book interesting. I was a really slow read until about 60% in and then everything got interesting. I do love the authors commentary on consumerism and society’s need of endless entertainment to forget about real world issues
