This era-defining book superimposes the nostalgia for pre-war innocence with post-war excess. While no novel is more ubiquitous with the roaring 20s than The Great Gatsby, the class struggle at its core continues to define today’s modern American dream.

Idk ? I enjoyed it ? Probably? Lol

Someone said this was much like a "slice of life"-story in a "housewives of [insert city here] and I can't help but agree. The moral of the story is really that "everything that glimmers isn't always gold" and "you might be rich and famous but still be miserable", I guess hsjdbb

If anything, I for sure had A Time™.
