Kate O'Hare and Nick Fox have to steal an ancient bronze rooster statue from the rich and powerful ( and former White House Chief of Staff) Carter Grove. Grove actually stole the rooster, worth $20 million, from the Smithsonian. The rooster is going back to China in the private A380 of a Chinese billionaire. Lots of funny cat and mouse situations, an art robbery and car chases and explosions make for a funny story.

Another fun Fox and O'Hare mystery. In this installment, they must simultaneously keep an international incident from happening with a bronze rooster on it's way to China while also taking down an untouchable ex-White House official with his own security forces who is stealing priceless art. Full of action, almost unbelievable scenarios, fun romantic banter, and good explosions. Really enjoying this series.

Enjoyed this one much more than the first book! Very exciting twists and inventive heists.
