The Chimp Paradox is a book about mind management, focused upon the concept that the brain is made up of three main components: the chimp, the human and the computer. Through the book Dr Peters explores how acknowledging the part of the brain involved in our actions and reactions can help us to lead a more successful life.

I found this book very interesting and insightful. The concepts make good sense and are easy to recognise and apply to everyday life. The scenarios used in the book were relatable and could be easily identified as parts of your day-to-day life. A very easy to follow book which can be applied to help better yourself and your confidence.
