This story was amazing! It had everything! Laugh out loud funny, slooow burn into amazing spice, great internal dialog, healing trauma and of course and amazing love story. I laugh and cried both sad and happy tears. I'd rate it high if I could!

no notes!! This was my first book of Meghan’s and I’m actually so glad I started her books with this one. Wilder and Scottie’s chemistry was amazing and them together was so adorable. I laughed out loud during this story and also felt really close to Scottie in how she progresses through this book. I’m not a confident person but by the end of the book she made me want to be. And Wilder, goodness. Perfect man.

Scottie is a divorcee who works with all men. Her coworkers are in happy marriages. She comes up with a lie about having a bad marriage to tell her female boss. The boss suggests she attend a summer marriage camp with her husband, who runs the camp. So, Scottie asks her best friend for help, and she takes her best friend's improv-obsessed millionaire brother.

This book made me laugh out loud so many times. It sparks so much joy in my soul to see authors out here teaching people what it looks like to take accountability for your healing and learn to love the people you care about. To the women who have ever been fumbled before - there IS hope. Your Wilder is out there.

This is the second of her books I’ve read just to give her another shot… and damn, it’s just bad. There are moments where it’s actually funny but the rest is so laughably implausible and actually illegal. Some of the first person narration is also incredibly cringy.
