It was so heartening to understand that there are patterns that women have in common that explain some of the things that hold us back in our careers and then to genuinely unpack them and learn how to change. I found this book relatable, easy to learn from, and uplifting.

This book was phenomenal. It highlights the importance of recognizing the behaviors, rooted in strengths, that have made you successful but now may be a liability. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is stuck or struggling to move forward in life or your career.

Excellent book about common hurdles women face in the workplace, coupled with tangible strategies on how to improve. Would highly highly recommend for women and even men.

I found that this book has some interesting views (don't agree with all of them). It did gave me some tips that can be helpful for me personally. The examples they give in this book are very clear and concise. I listened to it as an audiobook, I enjoyed the narration.
