I really enjoyed this book. It was a mystery that I needed to know the answer to. I will need to read it again, there are parts of it that tie in to other parts, and I don’t think I got all of those connections. It’s all connected. A ring of a very strange shape.

I do love a twisty time plot (as evidenced by my love of Doctor Who) and this has that, a murder mystery, and a full cast of women (and queer ladies) as well. Thoroughly enjoyed this truly original story.

This story not only explores the psychology of time travel, but also the effects of it. Every character experiences the effects differently. It's a story that keeps you guessing. It does not, however, tell you much about the future. If you were hoping to read about the future of tech, this is not that book. How the author painstakingly connected everything is worth the read.

It was pretty good. My first idea has nothing to do with the story. For some reason, separating who was talking was weird. Usually you have a new paragraph for a new speaker. She didn't do that all the time. It happened very randomly. There might have been reason? I couldn't figure it out. It just seemed like really bad editing? I don't know. But it was annoying.

The story was fun. It didn't really have a lot of psychology. I guess she had it in the title because people's mental wellness motivated them to start things, but it didn't go too deep.

I was actually more interested in the love triangle with Ruby. That would have been a much more interesting story than the mystery. Maybe if the mystery was the B plot or something.

But! Full disclosure...I don't get into mysteries and I'm a sap for love stories. So...that might be why.

Maybe I don't know much about government agencies, but this one was full of jerks and all people think about is sex while going through time. With terrible hazing junk. So, that seems awful.

All those things are just ideas that I'm not into. My really big problem! She set up a world with time travel. Except a huge unsolved reason why it ends in 300 years! It was just thrown out there. That's the mystery I wanted to learn about! It was just there and left dangling around to be nothing.

This book is about four women who discover the means to travel through time as well as the resulting murder and mystery that this cause to occur in the future.
I loved this book so much, it was full of smart, creative, diverse and interesting women whose lives all became changed by time travel. The murder mystery gives the plot a level of intrigue and mystery and I enjoyed how all the perspectives and time lines merged and overlapped in time to explain the events leading to the murder. I like the way the book imagined what if would be like if we could travel through time and explored both the positive as well as negative effects it could have on the individual as well as those that did not travel through time.
I would definitely recommend picking this one up, I couldn't put it down.
