This was not my favorite story in the Shivers collection. In this workplace horror story one employee seems to be seeing horrible accidents before they happen. Are they just tricks of the light or something more. The writing was disjointed and did not flow smoothly. Since it was a short short too much time was spent on characters and events not necessary to the story.

I know all these short stories were written by different authors, but compared to the first one, this just did not do it for me. The scariest thing about it was the thought of working in an office building and attending conferences all day.
