Just what I needed: An easy-going small-town romance so I could escape my problems and everyday anxiety and live vicariously through the main character.

These poor covers though... certainly need an upgrade, they look awful and make the book sound way more cheesy and common place than it actually is.

This started out as quite a charming and heart warming story, but it felt like it didn't really gain enough momentum. I didn't identify with the characters very much and felt they lacked some depth. It wasn't terrible, the writing was okay, overall it was just okay.
