This book had me in my feelings. I wanted to shake both characters so many different times during the story.

I said four stars at first but upped it to five because the book is still kinda sitting with me in my brain.

Great frustrated love story.

Just excellent. The back and forth, the longing, the yearning *sighs* cannot recommend this book enough! Fair warning, though, that both characters will irk you with their naivety!! But so worth the slow burn. This friends to lovers romance is unique in its timeline structure and that the physical connection is already established. This is more about learning the words to communicate how you feel and giving yourself the credit that yes, you are worthy of love and yes, this amazing person you put on a pedestal returns the feelings.

Can’t wait for the next installment of Katrina’s Love at Last series!

I wanted to love this book because I like this author, but the will they won't they storyline just drags on too long. As in, it spans 20 years and honestly if they had sat down like once and had a real conversation they would have saved a lot of headache.

This book made me feel things I didn’t want to feel, but in the end I’m not ~that~ mad about it
