I enjoyed this book more than the first one. I found the characters much more likeable and relatable and the banter between them was fun and sassy. I found this to be a fun, easy read as a rom-com. Side note: This book made me dislike RJ (from A Lie for A Lie) even more which I felt took away some of my enjoyment of this book.

It was a sweet and quick read. I appreciated how the writer includes a chronic illness without making it feel like an after school special.
