I picked this short story up as a freebie. It's a cute, whimsical Christmas story involving an elf with a birth defect, which makes him an outcast, and a mouse shifter with her own interesting traits. And I absolutely loved it!

It's quick and fun, and you'll get a kick out of it, I'm sure. It's definitely not for everybody, but if you like your stories outside the norm, with humor and non-traditional characters, then I definitely recommend giving this one a read.

5 stars =)

I picked this book up at Riveting Reads Australia, where I got to meet the lovely Aria. As soon as she told me about the bonus content of this book, I had to have it! What a crack up!

The story Christmas Wishes is about Kevin (or Kivin as Aria has stuck in my brain) the elf who was born with a defect. He also has some, shall we say, quirks in the bedroom 😉
When he spies a mouse, he offers it some food and discovers there is more to the mouse than meets the eye.

This quick read is quirky and strangely sexy. It’s unlike anything I’ve read before!
