I am struggling with this one and I don’t think it’s worth continuing. For one I’m not loving the narrator, but mostly the writing is not it. I don’t remember the first one feeling this petty or rambling? Why are we getting an extended sentence about her dog training. Why won’t she just ask the man in question his motives for joining the trip? Why is she acting like the relationship between a vice principal and teachers is the equivalent of a CEO and a janitor?
