Alice Oseman writes as she does best: with simple yet crashing humanity.
Think a lot of people needs this book at some point, for the sad seventeen self still inside of them, or for the person they are today, and who they want to be. We are all looking for the answer, for the epiphany of it all. This book will give you none. Yet, it will make you understand. Understand what, you ask ? Well everything.

Este libro ha sido maravilloso, de las mejores obras de esta escritora, me encantó.

slayed

Loved the writing style, because the writing is organized like the thoughts of Tori; When Tori is thinking straight the writing is also clear and well formatted, but when the thoughts are messy and quick the writing reflects that, too. The ending seemed unsatisfying at first but once I gave it more thought it grew on me and I like it.

It's relatable to me as a 17-year-old, I found myself relating to a lot of the moments and thoughts Tori had, as well as finding myself having thought of/said some things in real life that Tori or Michael Holden have said. It's a great book for teens that feel like they're alone or they're the only person in the world that feels the way they do to read because it helps them to realize that they aren't the only one that feels like this and that no matter how somebody looks or acts like, you don't truly know what's going on inside their head, and that their life might not be what it seems.
