Not a bad read, but I felt some bits were protracted, while others hardly mentioned at all. Further compounded by the fact that I thought this was the 3rd of a trilogy, not the 3rd in a series. Not sure if I will read the next. We'll see.

Here we get the third installment in the Wars of the Roses series, and I believe the best one yet. We see multiple glorious battles, a changing of the guard, and old friendships broken. This really was a joy to listen to.

An enjoyable addition to the series although I think I preferred the second book. Very informative on a time in history I knew very little about.
