Although this book was a little cheesy at times, it had an amazing message about the challenges that come with loving (and sometimes hating) your family. I enjoyed the change in narration in both the twins and the time. I fell in love with both Noah and Jude. It was beautiful to watch the twins' relationship evolve from the beginning to the end and I appreciated that it wasn't all about a teenage love story.
Overall, "I'll Give You The Sun" is amazingly well written and it resonated with me on a deeper level. I would happily recommend this book to my students.

I don't think I could love this book more than I do. Jandy Nelson creates an extraordinary world out of ordinary people and circumstances and then somehow makes your world outside the book become her miraculous one too. Every time I was forced to put it down for some reason or another it would take me so long to come back to my body. Every aspect of the book had me swimming in it. I can't even rationally describe how masterfully this book is written and how engulfed in it I am.

Brb, looking for a song that can make me feel the way this book does so I can listen to it over and over forever.
