I fully intend to finish this someday - its amazing so far! But it was a digital library download and I didn’t have time to finish it! So far I recommend it!

While some of the self indulgent aspects of this memoir got a little annoying at times...it was an enjoyable read. I could relate with the authors love of the wilderness and her adventurous spirit, and the book really made me want to go for a good hike.

This was an enjoyable read, following a woefully unprepared, yet determined woman's journey, hiking the Pacific Coast Trail. Her story was inspiring. I learned a lot about the PCT and what long-trail hikers go through.

4.5 stars…Amazing book. It made me homesick for Oregon and a little more confident that I could pick up hiking as a hobby (at least day hiking… idk if I could ever get to the point of sleeping outside for days on end)

The unforgettable true story of one woman who solo hiked the PCT Trail. What an experience!
