The idea of the book - great. I would’ve really enjoyed it except the main character is one of the most unlikeable characters I’ve ever read. Nearly unredeemably so…to the point that I almost DNF-ed the book. Love Silvia but did not love Meche.

Music, magic, Mexico... a couple of 15 year olds discovering the magic they can create using music - the love story added and mixed in made it that much sweeter. I loved it!!
