3.5, 4 Chillis.

My biggest complaint about this book is there is just no way that both Ryot's brother and friend are THAT emotionally mature. It was unbelievable. I found Myla to be hilarious when they were dating but as an adult, very immature. I know she said she went to one therapist and it wasn't working out, but sis needs to try someone else.

Other than that, this book was sweet and spicy, and I cried at about the 40% mark when Ryot finally sat down and listened.

I’m obsessed with Ryot— but Myla…eh not so much. I honestly can’t imagine divorcing my husband who I love and is amazing because he was working really hard for 6 months. She was immature and I realize that had to do with her upbringing but she also should have tried harder to find a therapist that could help her navigate those feelings of inadequacy and abandonment. But the story was amazing and I enjoyed the growth that Ryot showed. Quinn never misses tbh!!

DNF 80%. I don’t even know how I got this far into the book. I hated Ryot’s character from the get-go.
