At this time, this is a partiaal review. It is a review ONLY for Luscious by Sabrina York. I do have the book and will endevour to read the entire thing at some point. However, I was given an advanced copy of Luscious by Sabrina York in exchange for my honest review.

Tildy was informed by her older brother that she is betrothed to one of his friends. Feeling that her choices have been taken away, she decides to run away, get herself out of the country and in to London and get herself thoroughly debauched. However, on the way, she meets an enigmatic soldier whom she decides may be the perfect candidate for her deflowering and subsequent ruination which would save her from ever suffering the matrimonial horrors she has seen her friends subjected to.

I found it difficult to dislike either character to be honest. I understand that we are to believe Dev goes into it seeking revenge on her brother who was a bully and made his younger years at school impossible. However, at the core he is kind and patient and not at all the type of person who would ruin a young woman without remorse and walk away. Tildy was sweet and sassy. She knew what she wanted and set about doing it in her own innocent sort of way. I could not imagine a better suited pair.

The irony of Tildy's fiance's identity and the way Wickhan and Dev interact had me in stitches. That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed reading Luscious and hope York decides to write Charles and George their own stories filled with sassy, non-biddable women who will keep them on their toes.
